Love Croissants is a boutique bakery specializing in the perfection of croissants!  Having experienced success and demand in the Houston area selling to walk in consumers and wholesale to local bakeries and cafes, the owner team decided to expand.  The principal investor for the company approached Stella Maris Architecture with the task of performing diligence for a new location in the Heights area.  The prospective site had already a house within a historic neighborhood; and the study revolved around the possibility of a retail use for the site; the feasibility of using this house or erecting a new building; and a diagramming of a new building on this site.
